“How are you?” “Busy!” We all say it, all the time. Any time we’re asked how we’re doing our first response is often… “busy”. But are you the right kind of busy? It’s easy to walk into the office at 9, look up, and next thing you know it’s 4:30 and another day has come and gone. Many days we may feel like we were really busy, but also feel like we didn’t actually accomplish anything meaningful to move the business forward.
